Covered by two patents by George Peace of Salem, MO, and manufactured by Paddock-Hawley Iron Co. of St. Louis. 20" long, with the patent information and manufacturer cast into the frame. A contemporary ad shows a clamp to hold the spoke in place, but otherwise clean and complete and works well. A wonderful gizmo, and the only one we've ever seen.
