7003-040 Lot of two rules. An. E.A. STEARNS & CO. No. 16, triple arched and made of boxwood brass, four-fold, two-foot, marked on inside with scales. Wood and points worn, a couple chips and a crack through one arm. Plus a No. 70 unbound boxwood rule, likely by Stephens & Co. but not marked, missing pins and slightly sprung, wear to wood and staining on a few spots. Good- 40-80 (CAL248)
