7002-184. MCCLELLAN patent corner brace. Stephen McClellan received four patent for variations on this pattern. two in San Marcos TX in 1897 and two after he moved to New York. All are rated either A or B in Pearson. This is the later version in which the rear handle was fixed rather than removable, but is marked with the 1897 patent date. Nickel is worn but its complete and functional with good wood and japanning. Good+ 50-100
