7203-270 Molding plane. A design we've never seen and couldn't find in any reference work. Looks like an edge trimmer, but it has a separate wedge inserted from the side. Both cutters are missing which makes it a harder to figure out what it was for, but clearly a special purpose plane of some type. Marked "J.T. Loaring" which isn't a known mark.
