7101-326 PROGRESSIVE MACHINE CO. shear sharpener. Made by company in Chicago presumably in the mid-1920s as it is marked with 1921 and 1922 patent dates. Has most of original japanning plus pinstripe on 11"x 5" base, handle good, and original plating on some parts intact. Still works smoothly and looks barely used. Good+ 60-120 (RRT1147)
