Unsigned as many are but clearly an example of William Baxter's first 2/12/56 patent (the only visible mark is a small "Feby 12"), comprised of two sliding plates so that tightening the central screw simultaneously closes the 1" jaws on one end and the 3/4" jaws on the other. 13" long, no rust, works smoothly, small chip from one jaw.
