Roughly 6" x 3" and 1/4" thick wood board with pasteboard front and back, painted silver and black, and has patent date 10/9/1934 along with Emil Koe of Berwyn, IL. It has directions on backside along with curved level vial cutout that corresponds to shoulder slope markings. Mild wear to paint edges, looks like the name of the hardware store was cut out above Cincinnati, Ohio in the bottom right corner. Different. Good 25-50 (CAL34)
