7003-263 Lot of three JONATHAN TOWER molding planes. Two tongue planes, both 1/4" but one has closed tote and is nearly 11" long, wear to wood and some repairs to sole, dinging and some staining. The other is 9" long with hanghole at toe, a few stains and chips to wood. And a standing filletster, wedge missing finial, light staining. Unhandled tongue plane has user stamp of H.M. Tower so possibly a relative. Jonathan Tower worked in Rutland, MA, in the mid-to-late 18th century. Good 50-100 (SHN056, 059, 060)
