A SIEGLEY No. 4C, later type with Siegley and No. 4 cast into bed on either side of tote and patent date lever cap screw, has proper cutter, plating on lever cap 95%, japanning 90%, some mild wear to tote and knob. And a CHAPLIN Improved No. 207, 15" long, bakelite tote is a little loose, traces of plating on lever cap and japanning 90%. Has proper marked cutter, some rust spots on metal. Good 50-100 (RRT960)
