7402-241 STANLEY prelateral No. 6 fore plane. 17-1/2" long, no markings cast into bed but recessed brass adjustment knob has Bailey patent stamped into it, Bailey is on chip breaker and J mark on cutter as well so presumably Stanley made it and likely a Type 4. Japanning repainted, wood is very nice. Good+ (NPO259) 75-150
