7202-102 HOOK No. 3425 scraper. Patented in 1928 by Alfred Abrahamsen of Queens Village, NY, and manufactured by the Hook Scraper Co. of the same place. The basis of the patent was a small, disposable, blade held in a U-shaped channel, which could be thrown away when dull rather than sharpened. Kind of like the disposable razor blades that were becoming popular at the same time, but much less successful. Has some identifying numbers scratched into the underside but otherwise looks unused. Box is intact, and includes original instruction booklet. Fine (CSA3275) 50-100
