7101-064 WILEY & RUSSELL MFG CO. "Lightning" screw plate tap and die set. Looks unused inside original box and labeled inside with sizes plus year 1891. The 1/4" and 5/16" taps are missing, has original instructions that got pressed around one die so ripped in circle pattern. Original label inside and outside are near complete. Wood box is 25" x 6-3/4" with minor wear. Good 65-130 (MHS004)
