7004-298 Patented brass marking tool. 3" wide brass wheel with number stamps 1 to 13, locked with pin at base. Mounted on 5" turned handle. Faint mark that seems to indicate it was patented in March 1873 but I haven't found the corresponding patent. Also marked D. Whittemore. Light wear. Unusual. Good 50 - 100 (RRT243)
